About Us - The Lucas Valley Estates Homeowners Association (LVEHOA), first established in April 1991, is one of eight neighborhood associations within the Marinwood Community Service District (Marinwood CSD www.marinwood.org).  The Marinwood CSD administers and manages all of its member neighborhoods’ common areas, parks and recreation services, infrastructure, street lighting, Marinwood community center, and area emergency and fire services.  The Marinwood CSD is funded by a portion of each neighborhood’s property taxes, not by homeowner dues.  The Lucas Valley Estates Homeowners Association serves as the information and communication resource for Lucas Valley Estates Homeowners.
